力士樂油泵概述
力士樂油泵是液壓系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力機(jī)構(gòu),它將原動(dòng)機(jī)(電動(dòng)機(jī)、內(nèi)燃機(jī)等)的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐后w的壓力能。
力士樂油泵可以分為容積式和非容積室(蝸輪式)兩種。
非容積式有離心泵、軸流泵等,利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪使進(jìn)口產(chǎn)生真空吸入液體,并在出口連續(xù)輸出壓力液體。這種泵進(jìn)口與出口相通,效率隨液體粘度增加而降低,并且輸出液體量隨出口壓力升高而顯著減少。
容積式泵是通過一個(gè)封閉的空間容積的變化來實(shí)現(xiàn)吸油和壓油的。當(dāng)這個(gè)封閉容積由小變大時(shí)進(jìn)行吸油,由大變小時(shí)進(jìn)行壓油。典型的為力士樂柱塞泵,柱塞從缸孔中拉出時(shí)吸油,壓進(jìn)時(shí)壓油。這種泵進(jìn)口與出口是被隔開的,效率取決于隔開吸壓油腔的各對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)零件間的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝間隙及油液的粘度等。粘度越高效率越高,輸油量幾乎保持不變(因效率略有影響,另外壓力升高至18MPa,油液會(huì)被壓縮1%)。

力士樂油泵的供油和自吸
Rexroth柱塞泵具有一定的自吸能力,但自吸的高度不宜超過500mm,并且嚴(yán)禁在吸入管道上安裝濾油器,吸入管道直徑不小于推薦數(shù)值,另外自吸時(shí)一定要把泵先調(diào)至全偏角。
在轉(zhuǎn)速超過1500rpm時(shí),宜采用供油,供油壓力為0.7MPa左右。在開式系統(tǒng)中,供油泵的流量應(yīng)為該泵的130%,在閉式系統(tǒng)中,供油泵的流量應(yīng)為該泵的35%。

REXROTH油泵分類
力士樂油泵有三大類:力士樂柱塞泵,力士樂葉片泵,力士樂齒輪泵,REXROTH力士樂柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。傳動(dòng)軸軸線和缸體軸線是一致的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高,但工作條件要求高,柱塞端部與斜盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié),REXROTH葉片泵只不過是離心泵的一種具體應(yīng)用的泵而命名。實(shí)質(zhì)上砂泵只是一個(gè)籠統(tǒng)的叫法,力士樂齒輪泵是采用齒輪內(nèi)嚙合原理,內(nèi)外齒輪節(jié)圓緊靠一邊,另一邊被泵蓋上“月牙板”隔開。主軸上的主動(dòng)內(nèi)齒輪帶動(dòng)其中外齒輪同向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),在進(jìn)口處齒輪相互分離形成負(fù)壓而吸入液體 。
REXROTH柱塞泵:斜軸式的斜盤軸線與傳動(dòng)軸軸線是一致的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對(duì)傳動(dòng)軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺動(dòng)柱塞缸體的角度來實(shí)現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。 軸向柱塞泵與徑向柱塞泵比較,排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內(nèi)工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結(jié)構(gòu)較徑向柱塞泵復(fù)雜,加工制造要求高,價(jià)格較貴。 為了提高效率,在應(yīng)軸向柱塞泵一般都由缸體、配油盤、柱塞和斜盤等主要零件組成。缸體內(nèi)有多個(gè)柱塞,柱塞是軸向排列的,即柱塞的中心線平行于傳動(dòng)軸的軸線,因此稱它為軸向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往復(fù)式柱塞泵,因?yàn)樗闹粌H在泵缸內(nèi)做往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),而且柱塞和泵缸與斜盤相對(duì)有旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。柱塞以一球形端頭與斜盤接觸。在配油盤上有高低壓月形溝槽,它們彼此由隔墻隔開,保證一定的密封性,它們分別與泵的進(jìn)油口和出油口連通。斜盤的軸線與缸體軸線之間有一傾斜角度。
REXROTH葉片泵:一般主要用在礦業(yè),煤炭,冶金,化工,環(huán)保等行業(yè)。一般意義的砂泵更多是指用在環(huán)保,挖沙,河道清淤等行業(yè)較多。REXROTH葉片泵工作前,先將泵內(nèi)充滿液體,然后啟動(dòng)離心泵,葉輪快速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),葉輪的葉片驅(qū)使液體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),液體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)依靠慣性向葉輪外緣流去,同時(shí)葉輪從吸入室吸進(jìn)液體,在這一過程中,葉輪中的液體繞流葉片,在繞流運(yùn)動(dòng)中液體作用一升力于葉片,反過來葉片以一個(gè)與此升力大小相等、方向相反的力作用于液體,這個(gè)力對(duì)液體做功,使液體得到能量而流出葉輪,這時(shí)液體的動(dòng)能與壓能均增大。 REXROTH葉片泵依靠旋轉(zhuǎn)葉輪對(duì)液體的作用把原動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)械能傳遞給液體。由于離心泵的作用液體從葉輪進(jìn)口流向出口的過程中,其速度能和壓力能都得到增加,被葉輪排出的液體經(jīng)過壓出室,大部分速度能轉(zhuǎn)換成壓力能,然后沿排出管路輸送出去,這時(shí),葉輪進(jìn)口處因液體的排出而形成真空或低壓,吸水池中的液體在液面壓力(大氣壓)的作用下,被壓入葉輪的進(jìn)口,于是,旋轉(zhuǎn)著的葉輪就連續(xù)不斷地吸入和排出液體。 REXROTH葉片泵以其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用維修方便、效率較高而成為農(nóng)業(yè)上應(yīng)用最廣泛一種水泵,但也因提不上水而令人倍感煩惱。

2、REXROTH葉片泵均為臥式、單泵殼結(jié)構(gòu)的離心泵。采用特殊的卡箍夾緊泵體與泵蓋,泵的吐出口方向可在360度的任何一個(gè)位置,安裝使用方便。 砂泵的軸承組件采用圓筒式結(jié)構(gòu),便于調(diào)整葉輪與泵體之間的間隙,維修時(shí)可整體拆除。軸承采用油脂潤滑。砂泵的軸封形式有填料密封、付葉輪密封、機(jī)械密封。砂泵流道寬暢,汽蝕性能好,效率高,耐磨蝕。
