1. 工作原理:YPB,其工作原理是滑片裝在開槽的轉子中,轉子偏心的裝在泵體內,轉子轉動時,滑片自轉子內滑出,緊貼泵體表面滑動,轉子、滑片、泵體所形成的腔體隨轉子的轉動,其空間大小呈周期性的變化,腔體增大時,吸入介質,腔體變小時,排出介質,周而復始,完成介質的輸送過程。2.產品性能特點 :(1)、較強的自吸能力 用于抽吸地下罐時,提升高度可達7.5m。(2)、率 泵內滑片受離心力、機械推力、液壓力的聯合作用,緊貼定子內曲線運動,從而使泵具有獨特的率。(3)、保持性能不變的自調滑片 滑片從轉子槽中滑出,不斷補充磨損,而不降低泵的性能。這與齒輪泵有本質的區別。(4)、輸送剪力敏感性液體的能力 液力滑片能的設計使泵在驅動時減少了滑片對流體的剪力及攪動,避免了因此而產生的流體性質的改變。(5)、維修簡單、方便 打開泵蓋,提出舊滑片,插入新滑片。只需幾分鐘,您的泵就可以重新投入工作。日常檢查同樣容易。3.概述 :(1)、YPB系列滑片泵是一種容積式泵。(2)、YPB系列滑片泵主要用于輸送介質粘度10~200mm2s的潤滑油,也適用于輸送各種性質類似的化工產品,輸送介質溫度為0℃-120℃,該系列泵具備自吸能力。(3)、用于輸送介質粘度10~20000mm2s的潤滑油,原油,化工、食品漿狀液,也適用于輸送各種性質類似介質。輸送介質溫度為0℃~200℃,該系列泵具備自吸能力。4.優點YPB 系列自吸滑片泵,采用帶葉片的轉子驅動液體。材質上采用球墨鑄鐵配合自潤滑的葉片。因為其優良的性能,可以傳輸粘性的和揮發性的液體,相比同等的泵功率更低。 在低轉速大流量的傳輸中更具優勢。快速、低噪音的使用;葉片式結構使其性能穩定、無故障使用。YPB滑片泵具有以上優點,而且自吸能力強,壽命長,體積小,效率高。在輸送汽油、柴油或者類似介質的情況下,滑片泵具有非常大的優勢,是自吸式離心油泵和銅輪齒輪泵的替代品。5.應用范圍:油罐車,船舶加油,潤滑油,航空燃油,石油化工,汽油,柴油,生物燃油,溶劑,農藥等輸送.6.安裝使用:本泵廣泛的用于流動或固定裝置。在配合萬向聯軸器或液壓馬達時,該泵可以安裝在任何油罐車上,也可以與電機或柴油發動機連接,按照在金屬地板上,用在任何大流量加油機或者流動加油設備上。是銅輪齒輪泵的替代品。7.型號及參數
