JD-6012B電腦式電池電池擠壓機、鋰電池擠壓針刺試驗機
一、產品簡介：電池擠壓針刺體機適用于模擬各類電池在使用，運輸，儲存或處理家庭廢物時，電池遭受擠壓和針刺的情形，試驗應在20℃±5℃的環境溫度下進行，將接有熱電偶的電池（熱電偶的觸點固定在電池大表面上）置于通風櫥中，用直徑2-8mm的無蝕銹鋼針以10mm/s～40mm/s的速度刺穿電池大表面的中心位置，保持任意時間并觀察其測試結果，電池不爆炸、不起火為合格。二、滿足標準： GB 31241-2014，GB/T 8897.4-2008，YD/T 2344.1-2011，GB/T 21966-2008，MT/T 1051-2007，YD 1268-2003，GB/T 19521.11-2005，YDB 032-2009，UL 1642，UL 2054，IEC 62281，IEC 60086
