系統簡介

濁度監測系統包括一個濁度傳感器及一個控制器,傳感器只需插入控制器無需另行配置即可運行。

濁度系統

濁度計在微型處理器基礎上采用nephelometric測量原理實時連續監測0.001-100NTU,符合USEPA 180.1標準,同時可選配方便的校準/服務模塊進行在線維護。濁度計本體采用聚苯乙烯防腐材料并通過專利去泡技術實現精確濁度測量。

濁度測量系統采用的即插即用技術,無需復雜接線及系統配置工作,同時選配多種通信接口MODBUS/RS232、MODBUS/RS485、LONWORKS及IRDA紅外線數據傳輸,與PC、PLC、SCADA等系統進行實時數據交換。

控制系統

控制器采用友好的用戶界面及180天的強大歷史數據存儲功能,同時包括3個SPDT及兩個0/4-20mA、1個紅外線傳輸口及可選的RS232接口,配合NEMA-4X密封和100-230 Vac, 50/60 Hz 的供電要求,更方便用戶使用。

數顯恒溫水浴鍋概述

1、本產品設計結構合理,用料精良,溫度恒定好,控溫精度高,加熱時間短,熱能損耗小,性能可靠,操作方便,外型美觀,經久耐用,是醫療衛生單位,工礦企業科研系統大專院校化學實驗室蒸餾,干燥,濃縮合成,以及恒溫加熱化學藥品,生物制品等理想的化驗設備。

2、本產品內膽全部采用優質不銹鋼板制成,最大浴孔直徑120mm每孔配有四環一蓋,采用管狀電熱元件直接加熱無經調溫可在室溫~10'0'范圍內任意選擇某點恒定溫度作使用溫度。

數顯恒溫水浴鍋使用方法

1、水箱應放在固定的平臺上,電源電壓必須與本產品要求的電壓相符,電源插座應采用三孔安全插座,必須安裝接地線。

2、使用前應先將水位加入箱內,水位必須高于隔板切勿無水或水位低于隔熱板加熱,以防損壞加熱管。

3、插上電源,將控源設定旋鈕調至所需要的溫度刻度。綠燈亮表示升溫,紅等亮表示定溫。

 

數顯恒溫水浴鍋注意事項

1、 注水時不可將水放的太滿,以免水沸騰時流入隔層和和控制箱內,以防發生觸電,不用時最好將水及時放掉,并擦干凈,保持清潔,以利于使用壽命。

2、控溫系統是經過精心調校達到的,設有專用設備,用戶不隨意調動機內元件否則影響精度。

1、 安全用電:該產品用220V交流電源,電源插座應采用三孔安全插座,必須妥善接地,切不可將地線接到煤氣管上。

3、 通電前應先將水注入鍋內至隔板以上,使用過程中加熱管絕不能露出水面,否則加熱管將會燒毀甚至爆裂或焊錫融化漏水、觸電等。

4、 接通電源,設定溫度:按SET鍵可設定或查看溫度設定點。按一下SET鍵數碼管字符開始閃動,表示儀表進入設定狀態,按△鍵設定值增加,按▽鍵設定值減小,長按△鍵或▽鍵數據會快速變動, 再一次按SET鍵儀表回到正常工作狀態溫度設定完畢。(若溫控儀是智能型,則另附溫控說明書).

本機有加熱和恒溫二只指示燈表示工作狀態,溫度表頭示值為鍋內實際溫度。

5、 如需作100沸水蒸餾使用時,加水不能過多,以免沸騰時溢出。

Klüberlub BE 41-542 is a heavy-duty (“EP”)
grease with a high-viscosity mineral base oil,
special lithium soap, EP/AW additives,
antioxidants and anticorrosion additives.
Performance characteristics:

substances such as chlorine or heavy

Application
Typical applications of Klüberlub BE 41-542
