工作原理
SZ283恒電壓電極用于測量水體中余氯、二氧化氯、臭氧。
恒電壓測量方法是在電極測量端保持一個穩定的電位勢，不同的被測成份在該電位勢下產生不同的電流強度。由于被測水樣電阻與氧化還原電位的影響，傳統電流測定法在被測成份濃度與測量電極所產生電流信號之間很難保持一個線性關系，特別在水樣被測成份濃度接近0ppm情況下，偏差會非常大，所以，傳統電流測量法需要對測量電極進行頻繁校正，給使用者帶來許多麻煩。
恒電壓測量法是通過二次儀表對測量電極間的電位勢進行不間斷地動態控制，消除了被測水樣固有的電阻與氧化還原電位的影響，使電極測量電流信號?與被測水樣濃度之間形成良好的線性關系，具有非常穩定零點性能，確保?測量準確可靠。

鎢銅 鎢是理論上的金屬電極材料。它的強度、密度、硬度都很高，熔點接近3400℃，因此在電火花和焊接加工過程中，鎢電極實際損耗很小，但是純鎢作電極有兩個困難：1.極難加工2.價格昂貴，所以利用純銅的可塑性、高導電等優點，制成復合材料，就成了電極中的珍品－－鎢銅電極。我司鎢銅選用精細高純鎢粉、高純銅粉，經靜壓成型、高溫燒結、溶滲銅的工藝精制而成。針對硬質合金鎢鋼，高碳鋼，淬火模具鋼采用普通銅公電極損工大，精度低，加工慢的缺點，利用鎢銅高導電，熔點高、熱膨脹小的優點進行電火花放電加工，極大的改善了加工速度和精度。鎢銅不僅導電性能好，軟化溫度高，而且耐電弧腐蝕，高耐磨性，使用壽命長，修正電極的頻率低，在提高生產力效率的基礎上還節省了加工工具的成本及維修費用，所以是理想的焊接材料。鎢銅的性能參數：
鎢銅的用途：★電火花電極材料：針對鎢鋼（硬質合金）、高速鋼、耐高溫超硬合金制作的模具需電蝕加工時，普通電極損耗大，速度慢，而鎢銅高的電腐蝕速度，低的損耗率，精確的電極形狀，優良的加工性能，能被加工件的精確度大大提高。★焊接電極材料：綜合了鎢和銅的優點，耐高溫、耐電弧燒蝕、抗熔焊和低截流、強度高、比重大、導電導熱性好，易于切削加工，并具有發汗冷卻和抗粘附等特性，經常用來做有一定耐磨性，抗高溫的點焊、碰焊、對焊、凸焊電極。★電子領域的應用材料：鎢銅具有強度高、導電導熱性能好及熱膨脹系數小等優點，所以作為一種新型的電子封裝材料受到了電子工程師的青睞，被廣泛的應用于功率電子器件，如整流管、晶閘管、功率模塊、激光二極管、微波管等。在微電子器件中，如計算機CPU、DSP芯片等。鎢銅在微波通訊、自動控制、電源轉換、航空航天等領域發揮著重要的作用。目前，鎢銅主要用在大功率微波管、大功率激光二極管以及某些大功率集成電路模塊的熱沉。★電觸頭材料：鎢銅電觸頭在高壓開關上已經使用多年，尤其以高壓大電流斷路器上使用量較大。如高壓、無油、少油斷路器、SF6斷路器、隔離開關、重任務接觸器等。★醫療設備和高比重材料：根據鎢銅的特點，在醫療行業中用作防X射線和G射線的屏蔽材料。在民用工業中用作高比重合金配重，如手機振子、自動機械手表的重垂體、高爾夫球桿的桿體、飛鏢等。

鎢銅合金用途:1.電阻焊電極：

高壓真空放電管在工作時,觸頭材料會在零點幾秒的時間內溫度升高幾千攝氏度,而鎢銅的抗燒蝕性能、高韌性,良好的導電、導熱性能給放電管穩定的工作提供必要的條件。
3、航天用高性能材料： 鎢銅材料具有高密度、發汗冷卻性能、高溫強度高及耐沖刷燒蝕等性能，在航天工業中用作導彈、火箭彈的噴管喉襯，燃氣舵的組件、空氣舵、頭罩及配重等。
4、真空觸頭材料： 觸頭材料必須有非常好的機械加工性能和抗熱震性，由于接觸和開斷時打弧，觸頭材料會在零點幾秒的時間內溫度升高幾千攝氏度。我公司生產的W-Cu觸頭材料由于其的物理性能而被廣泛的使用。鎢銅合金優點：高的抗燒蝕性能、高韌性，良好的導電、導熱性能。機加工性能好。交貨狀態：與銅、鋼等支撐件聯結好的各種形狀的W-Cu觸頭；半成品：未加工的各種熔滲、鑄造材料；未加工的各種觸頭，焊接或銅焊在銅或鋼等支撐件上；焊接或銅焊加工。我公司住友金屬也生產各種焊接或銅焊的觸頭連接件。
5、電火花加工用電極： 電火花加工電極早期采用銅或石墨電極，便宜但不耐燒蝕，現在基本上已被鎢銅電極頂替。鎢銅電極的優點是耐高溫、高溫強度高、耐電弧燒蝕，并且導電導熱性能好，散熱快。應用集中在電火花電極、電阻焊電極和高壓放電管電極，在用電火花加工硬質合金產品時，由于WC的特殊性能使銅或石墨電極的損耗相當快，對于這種材料的電火花加工，我公司-住友金屬專業批發的進口日本W-Cu鎢銅電極是最適合的。產品性能：高的電腐蝕速度，低的損耗率，精確的電極形狀，優良的加工性能，被加工件WC表面質量好特別是細長的棒狀、管狀以及異型電極。

鎢銅使用注意事項◆鎢銅外觀注意事項：鎢銅銑床加工，車床加工，磨床加工后的產品外觀不相同，屬正常現象。鎢銅棒材經無芯磨床精磨加工后呈鋼（黑）顏色，而半精（粗）磨加工后則呈銅（紅）顏色，這類外觀屬正常現象。通常鎢鋼圓棒小棒材都經無芯磨床加工成型，大棒材則由車床加工成型。而板材則由銑床或磨床加工成型。◆鎢銅切削加工注意事項：鎢銅易加工成型，普通銑床、車床、磨床、線切割機均可對其進行加工。鎢銅在制作尖角薄壁時可能會由于撞擊或過大的加工負荷力而發生欠缺。鎢銅在進行通孔鉆削時請注意在即將通孔時進給負荷力，避免發生加工欠缺。鎢銅無磁性，請在作業之前確認產品已固定牢固。◆鎢銅放電、線切割加工注意事項：鎢銅用作電火花加工前請預先調試好火花機參數，達到理想電極參數時方可進行放電加工。線切割加工鎢銅時速度相對緩慢，屬正常現象。◆鎢銅電鍍注意事項：鎢銅屬于金屬粉末結晶，電鍍前處理請避免強酸，強堿性清潔，以免表面金屬顆粒脫落影響電鍍效果。◆鎢銅用作焊接材料注意事項：鎢銅以鎢含量占大部分，鎢既硬且易脆，因而造就了鎢銅良好的抗彎強度和硬度，但柔韌性及延伸率較低，所以不宜大角度強行折彎和進行拉拔作業。◆鎢銅的辨認方法：最簡單的辨認方法就是同樣大小的鎢銅（以W70為標準）和紅銅（紫銅）對比，鎢銅的重量大約是紅銅（紫銅）的1.55倍以上，并且硬度要高出很多和同樣具備優良的導電性。而用顏色來辨認則是錯誤的。
